U are bidding on a very nice and low mileage 84K-mile Mercedes automatic transmission from a 1986 Mercedes 250D sedan European model with a 602 engineI obtained the engine and transmission from a donated Mercedes which was donated to a diesel occupational automobile school. I kept the transmission and engine about 20 years in my storage garage. Transmission number is 1232711801. Transmission has bright red transmission fluid when drained I was told this transmission will fit in a Mercedes 300D, 250D, 190D and Mercedes Sprinter van. The mercedes speedometer read 84K when the vehicle body was cut up and scrapped because a donated vehicle which could not be put back on the road.Dont spend your money to rebuild your old worn-out transmission when you can buy a nicely working OEM transmission for your Mercedes.
