Early low mileage 1972-73 Mercedes R107 refurbished 3 speed auto transmission. One of the best and most reliable Mercedes transmissions produced. P/N 11527011 Transmission was removed from a running 1973 R107 SLC with only 104,000 miles. When I received it, I sent it to an excellent local transmission shop where they inspected it, changed the pump seals, filter, gasket, put on a new radiator mount and replaced the modulator valve. The fluid was clean and free of any debris. I thought I was going to need it for my restoration project but my current transmission is good. My loss is your gain. If you are looking for a good low mileage 1972-1973 3 speed automatic transmission, this is it. I don’t have the room to store it, but I’m sure someone out there could use this.
